Online Investor Experience

Challenge

With an eye to expanding its shareholder base beyond a small group of institutional investors, CA asked for a more effective way to handle the company's annual report. Our recommendation: Take it online and create something more than an annual report — an investor destination with more content than traditional annual reports, and content that changes year round to keep visitors coming back.

Solution

Our goals in mind, we built a site that not only described the year, but delivered a rich mix of information, interviews and features. Not only does this tell current shareholders what they need to know, it creates a full picture of the company for potential new investors — and gives CA a platform for year-round investor engagement through refreshed financial data, quarterly reports, news, profiles and discussions with leaders.

Results

The CA online annual was well received by analysts and investors. It enabled the company to focus on investor communications at a critical juncture, providing ongoing context to its financial performance as it continued to transform its business and markets.
